Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 11.2 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 that the Liquidator intends to declare a First and Final dividend to Unsecured Creditors of the Company within two (2) months of the final date for proving (the "final date") specified in this notice. Creditors who have not already proved their debts are required to submit proof of debt to the Liquidator by the final date, and, if so requested, to provide further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. Any creditor who has not proved their debt by the final date will be excluded from the Dividend.
