Notice is hereby given that on 16 January 2026, a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by C C Consortium Investment Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number 12356882) and having its registered office at 59 Banner Street, London, England EC1Y 8PX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Positioneering Group Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number S449856) and having its Registered Office at 53 Abbotswell Road, West Tullos, Aberdeen AB12 3AD and that Brian Milne and Ian Wright, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Quantuma Advisory Limited be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition, Sheriff Miller by interlocutor dated 16 January 2026 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
