A Petition to wind up the above Company of Unit 80, 24–28 St Leonards Road, Windsor, England, SL4 3BP was presented on 11 December 2025 by David Wheeler of 1 Bourne Avenue, Windsor, Berkshire, SL4 3JP, claiming to be a creditor of the Company. The Petition will be heard at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts of England and Wales, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), at 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 11 February 2026 at 10:30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
