2) Mrs Mary Elizabeth Landau (as executor of the Estate of Mr Martin Richard Landau) of 5ET N.G, Le Millefiori, Bloc A, 1 Rue Des Genêts, Monaco, 98000 (“Mr Landau’s Estate”)
3) EMAREL SERVICES (OVERSEAS) SA (“ESO”) OF MORGAN & MORGAN TRUST CORPORATION LIMITED, Pasea Estate, Road Town, Tortola, British Virgin Islands (a company incorporated in the British Virgin Islands under number 27300, the principal activity is trading in securities and acting as consultants).
(the “Petitioners”) claiming to be creditors of the Company will be heard at The Royal Courts of Justice, 7 Rolls Building, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL on 4 February 2026 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
