Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Morley Investments Limited transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital X – 3 LP, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP016729 (the “Partnership”), to Ahmed Fouad Sayed Abd El Megid and as a result of such transfer, Ahmed Fouad Sayed Abd El Megid was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Morley Investments Limited ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Subsequently, Ahmed Fouad Sayed Abd El Megid transferred 100% of his interest in the Partnership to Unifund Investment GP Ltd as General Partner acting for and on behalf of Unifund Group L.P., and as a result of such transfer, Unifund Investment GP Ltd as General Partner acting for and on behalf of Unifund Group L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and Ahmed Fouad Sayed Abd El Megid ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
