Notice is hereby given under Section 100 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (“the Act”) and Rules 6.14 and 15.8 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 (“the Rules”) that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company is being proposed by Owen Oriaku, the director of the Company.

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The appointment of a Liquidator. 2. The establishing of a Liquidation Committee. 3. The approval of the fees and costs for assisting with the proceedings to place the company into liquidation. 4. The approval of the bases of the Liquidator’s fees and disbursements.

The meeting will be held at 11.00 am on 14 January 2026 (“the Decision Date”). Venue: Please contact the Liquidation Centres, details below, for information on how to gain access to the meeting, which will be held via telephone conference call.

All proofs of debt must be delivered by 4pm on the business day before the Decision Date. All proxy forms must be delivered to the convener or chair before they may be used at the meeting fixed for the time and date set out above.

Darren Edwards (IP No. 10350) is qualified to act as an insolvency practitioner in relation to the company and, during the period before the decision date, he will furnish creditors free of charge with such information concerning the company’s affairs as they may reasonably require.
