“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up.”

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 31 December 2025 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as joint liquidators.
