NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 12 December 2025, the above-named company entered insolvent liquidation.

I, Aedan Harrison of 25 Shore Road, Holywood, Northern Ireland BT18 9HX, was a director of the above-named company from 16 August 2023 until the day it went into liquidation.

I, Lynsay Harrison, of 25 Shore Road, Holywood, Northern Ireland BT18 9HX, was a director of the above-named company from 16 August 2023 until the day it went into liquidation.

Certain assets of Joxer Holywood Limited (in Liquidation), Company No. NI700542, have been purchased by Harrison Hospitality No1 Limited, Company Number NI34384. Harrison Hospitality No1 Limited proposes to adopt the trading style ‘Joxer Holywood’, which was previously adopted by Joxer Holywood Limited.

We hereby give notice that we intend to act in one or more of the ways to which Article 180(3) of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 applies in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name Harrison Hospitality No1 Limited, trading as ‘Joxer Holywood’.
