NOTICE IS GIVEN by Hugh Francis Jesseman that pursuant to Rule 14.28 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 the Liquidator of the above named Company intend on making a first and final distribution to creditors.

Creditors of the above named Company, which was voluntarily wound up on 23 December 2025, are required, on or before 31 January 2026 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Antony Batty & Company Ltd, 3 Field Court, Gray's Inn, London, WC1R 5EF, and, if so requested by me, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved his debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in his proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.
