Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 December 2025 as a Special resolution and an Ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Situl Devji Raithatha (IP No. 8927) of Springfields Advisory LLP, 38 De Montfort Street, Leicester, LE1 7GS be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up."

At the virtual meeting of creditors, Situl Devji Raithatha and Shaun Hudson were appointed as Joint Liquidators (“the Joint Liquidators”), and were authorised to act either jointly or separately.
