A petition to wind up the above-named company (registered no 11288238) of Unit 1 Goulds Farm, Shalford Road, Rayne, Braintree, CM77 6DF, presented on 27 November 2025 (sealed on 1 December 2025) (the “Petition”) by Mr Warren Harvey of Cotswold, Sudbury Road, Newton Green, Sudbury, Suffolk, CO10 0QL (the “Petitioner”) claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 28 January 2026 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
