NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that by order of the Court dated 5 December 2025 pursuant to paragraph 95(b) of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986, Graham David Smith, Insolvency Practitioner (IP No. 22710), of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Suite B, 4th Floor Meridian, Union Row, Aberdeen, AB10 1SA was appointed as a replacement Joint Administrator of Countesswells Development Limited with effect from 4pm on 8 December 2025.

Notification: Any person affected by the order of the Court dated 5 December 2025 shall have 7 days from the date of Advertisement to apply to the Court to set aside or vary the terms of this order.
