Notice is hereby given that on 16 December 2025, a Petition was presented to Aberdeen Sheriff Court by AARON ANTHONY EVANS as sole Director of THE VIEW CAFÉ LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No: SC824308) and having its registered office at Begbies Traynor, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU (“the Company”) for inter alia an Order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up the Company and that George Lafferty of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6LU, be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, the said Goerge Lafferty be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by Interlocutor dated 16 December 2025 appointed the said George Lafferty as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part II of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed any party claiming an interest, if they intended to show cause why the prayer of the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Aberdeen within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which Notice is hereby given.
