A virtual meeting of the creditors of Dioscuri Ltd is to take place for the purpose of considering decisions concerning the following matters:

1. That creditors decide on the nomination of a Liquidator. It is proposed that Olivia Barker and Fiona Grant, of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, be appointed Joint Liquidators and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators, may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.

2. That the basis of the Liquidators’ remuneration be fixed by reference to the time properly given by the office-holder and the office-holder’s staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation, as detailed in the fees estimate/information provided to creditors with this Notice.

3. That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.

4. That a creditors’ committee is not established.
