By written resolution of a majority of members holding not less than 75% of the total voting rights of eligible members the following resolutions were passed on 5 December 2025 as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Knowles (IP No. 24850) and Mike Dillon (IP No. 24610) both of Leonard Curtis, Riverside House, Irwell Street, Manchester, M3 5EN be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of winding up the Company."
