This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following: That a committee be established if sufficient nominations are received by 6 January 2026. That the Joint Liquidators’ fees be fixed as a set amount of £50,000 for the work of administration and planning and dealing with creditors, plus 15% of realisations in respect of the work of asset realisations and investigations, plus VAT. The meeting will be held on 7 January 2026 at 2.00 pm.

The virtual meeting will be recorded in order to establish and maintain records of the existence of relevant facts or decisions that are taken at the meeting. By attending this meeting, you consent to being recorded.
