The Joint Liquidators intend to declare and distribute a dividend to secondary preferential creditors of the Company.

It is their intention to make a distribution within two months from the last date for proving, which is 14 January 2026. The dividend being declared will be a first and final dividend.

Secondary preferential creditors of the company who, not already having done so, are required on or before 14 January 2026 (“the last date for proving”) to prove their debts.
