This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules")
It is delivered by the Joint Administrator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following: 1. The establishing of a Creditors’ Committee. 2. The basis of the Joint Administrators’ fees. 3. The approval of the pre-Administration costs. 4. The timing of the Joint Administrators’ discharge.
