Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22/08/2025 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16/10/2025, I, Sally Victoria, 105 Usk Road, New Inn, Pontypool NP4 8AF, Divorced/Civil Partnership dissolved and a British Citizen under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Sally Victoria Phillips and assumed the name of Sally Victoria.
