A petition to wind up the above-named company Endeavour Land and New Homes Ltd (07123767) of 3 Kilnbridge Works Lower Road, East Farleigh, Maidstone, England, ME15 0HD, whose nature of business is development of building projects, presented on 31 October 2025 by Mark Powis of 59 Ulysses House, Rosalind Drive, Maidstone ME14 2FL, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard at The Rolls Building, 7 Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 17 December 2025 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard).
