“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rajnesh Mittal (IP No. 15674) and Arvindar Jit Singh (IP No. 11070) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, 2nd Floor, 120 Colmore Row, Birmingham, B3 3BD be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up and that anything required or authorised to be done by the Liquidators be done by both or either of them.”
