That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily.

That Alexander Watkins and Joshua James Dwyer be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such winding up.

That the power conferred on the Joint Liquidators be exercisable by them Jointly or by either of them alone.

At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 27 November 2025 the appointment of Alexander Watkins and Joshua James Dwyer as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
