1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.
2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce cycle hire bays in the following locations;
| Road Name | Location |
| Alexandra Grove | Replace 10 metres of shared use parking bay to start 26.6m South East of the south eastern kerbline with Seven Sisters Road. |
| Charnwood Street | Replace 6 metres of permit parking bay to start 7.4m North of northern kerbline with Northwold Road. |
| Colberg Place | Replace 5 metres of shared use parking bay to start 23m West of western kerbline with Stamford Hill. |
| Cranwich Road | Replace 5 metres of shared use parking bay to start 10.1m South of southern kerbline with Amhurst Park. |
| Fairchild Street | Replace 5 metres of shared use parking bay to start 26.8m South East of the north eastern kerbline with Great Eastern Street. |
| Hoxton Street | Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 2.2m North of the boundary line between 6/8 Hoxton Street in a northerly direction. |
| Northfield Road | Replace 10 metres of shared use parking bay to start 20.9m West of western kerbline with Stamford Hill. |
| Spring Hill | a) Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 10.3m North East of eastern kerbline with Clapton Common. |
| b) Replace 5 metres of shared use parking bay to start 33.1m South West of eastern building line of Riverside Cottage. | |
| Springfield | Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 2.5m West of boundary line between 48/49 Springfield. |
| St Kilda’s Road | Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 8.6m East of eastern kerbline with Lordship Road. |
| Stamford Grove West | Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 7.6m North West of the north western kerbline with Oldhill Street. |
| Woodberry Grove | a) Replace 10 metres of shared use parking bay to start 9.6m North of south eastern building line of 1 to 46 Nature View Apartments |
| b) Replace 10 metres of shared use parking bay to start 15.8m East of eastern kerbline of Green Lanes |
3. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce cycle parking bays in the following locations;

| Hoxton Street | Replace 5 metres of permit parking bay to start 2.2m North of the boundary line between 6/8 Hoxton Street in southerly direction. |
4. Plans of the proposed locations can be viewed here - https://hackney.traffweb.app/traffweb/2/PublicConsultation Documents giving more detailed particulars are also available for inspection by email request to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk. Alternatively, such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.
5. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 4 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
