A Petition to wind up Innovaze Ltd (CRN:12566970) of 167 - 169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, England, W1W 5PF ("the Company"), presented on 6 November 2025 by the Company acting by Annette Reeve of Beesley Corporate Recovery Limited of Suite 4c, Manchester International Office Centre, Styal Road, Manchester, M22 5WB, the Supervisor of the failed Company Voluntary Arrangement of the Company. The Petition will be heard on 6 January 2026 at 10:00am at The High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), 1 Bridge Street West, Manchester, M60 9DJ (or as soon thereafter that the Petition can be heard).
