Notice is hereby given that on 14 November 2025, a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by James Culverwell, Bryan Leland Kobel, Arlene Morris and Martin Edward Thorp, the directors of TC BioPharm (Holdings) plc, craving the Court inter alia that TC BioPharm (Holdings) plc, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with company number SC713098) and having its registered office at Maxim 1, 2 Parklands Way, Holytown, Motherwell, Scotland, ML1 4WR be wound up by the Court and that Benjamin Thom Cairns, Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, 1 Lochrin Square, 92 Fountainbridge, Edinburgh, EH3 9QA and Michael John Magnay, Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP, Lincoln Square, 9 Brazennose Street, Manchester, M2 5AD be appointed as Joint Interim Liquidators of TC BioPharm (Holdings) plc; In which Petition, by Interlocutor dated 18 November 2025, appointed the Petition to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Metro newspaper; appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition, to lodge Answers thereto within eight days after such intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
