Notice is hereby given that on 20 November 2025 a petition was presented to Dundee Sheriff Court on behalf of REM COURIERS LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (registration number SC518021) and having its registered office 3 Cox Gardens, Dundee, Angus, Scotland, DD3 9GZ (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia to wind-up the Company and appoint Joint Interim Liquidators; in which Petition the Sheriff by First Deliverance dated 20 November 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
