Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 17 November 2025, Basalt Infrastructure Partners II (UK) 1 Limited (the “Initial General Partner”), transferred its general partner interest in BIP IV Vanadis Co-Investment L.P. (the “Partnership”) to Basalt Infrastructure Partners IV GP Limited (the “New General Partner”). Consequently on that date, the New General Partner was admitted to the Partnership as a general partner and the Initial General Partner ceased to be a general partner in the Partnership.
