This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England & Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules"). It is delivered by the Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Kate Ellis, of Ellis Breese, The Tannery, 91 Kirkstall Road, Leeds, LS3 1HS.

Creditors are invited to attend a virtual meeting for the purposes of considering the following:

1. The approval of the Liquidator`s fees and disbursements

To be entitled to vote, those attending must submit a proxy form, together with a proof of debt if one has not already been submitted, to the Liquidator by one of the following methods:
