“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Chris Tate (IP No. 022910) and Robert Young (IP No. 29110) both of Azets, 3rd Floor, Gateway House, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Southampton, SO53 3TG be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding up, and that the liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the liquidation.”
