NOTICE OF PETITION

Take notice that on 09 April 2025 a bankruptcy petition was presented against you by Edinburgh Alternative Finance Limited (t/a LendingCrowd), a creditor. On 10 November 2025 this Court ordered that advertisement of notice of the bankruptcy petition in The London Gazette shall be deemed to be good and sufficient service of the said petition.

The hearing of the petition will take place at on 02 February 2026 at 12.45pm (or as soon thereafter as the petition can be heard) at the County Court at Guildford, The Law Courts, Mary Road, Guildford, GU1 4PS.

Important: If you do not attend the hearing of the bankruptcy petition, the Court may make such an order as it thinks fit against you in your absence.

Any person intending to appear at the hearing (whether to support or oppose the petition) must give notice of their intention to do so to the petitioner or to their solicitor in accordance with Rule 10.18 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by 4.00 p.m. on the business day before the hearing.
