At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 4EX on 12 November 2025 the following resolutions were duly passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Rikki Burton (IP No. 14430) and Jasmine Baxter (IP No. 31870) both of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Ltd, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 4EX be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of such winding-up.”

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointments of Rikki Burton and Jasmine Baxter both of Anderson Brookes Insolvency Practitioners Limited, 1st Floor, Fairclough House, Church Street, Chorley, Lancashire, PR7 4EX was not confirmed and that the Creditors appointed Andrew Mackenzie (IP No. 9581) and Laura Baxter (IP No. 25350) both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Unit 8B, Marina Court, Castle Street, Hull, HU1 1TJ as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
