Notice is hereby given that on 28 October 2025, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Edinburgh Sheriff Court by CLEAR BUSINESS WATER LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts, company number SC444366, having a registered office at Aurora, 120 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 7JS, craving the Court inter alia that MARGHERITA RESTAURANT LTD be wound up by the Court and that an Interim Liquidator be appointed, in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 29 October 2025 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Edinburgh, within eight days after intimation, advertisement or service of the petition.
