Notice is hereby given that on 3 November 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Perth by Fleetmaxx Solutions Ltd, Oilfast Fuels Ltd, Nethan Street, Motherwell, ML1 3TF, craving the Court inter alia that Unit 6 Distribution Ltd, a private Limited Company (Company No. SC637491) having its Registered Office at Unit F Arran House Business Park, Arran Road, Perth, Scotland, PH1 3DZ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Perth by interlocutor dated 3 November 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Perth within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement.
