Notice is hereby given that on 7 November 2025, a Petition was presented to Kilmarnock Sheriff Court by Graeme Allan Donaldson, Mosside Steading, West Kilbride Road, Dalry, Scotland, KA24 5HH for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up Fairlie Woodfuels Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company Number SC683119) and having its Registered Office at Mosside Steading, West Kilbride Road, Dalry, Scotland, KA24 5HH and that Derek Jackson, Insolvency Practitioner of GCRR Limited t/a Grainger Corporate Rescue & Recovery, Third Floor, 65 Bath Street, Glasgow G2 2BX be appointed as Interim Liquidator; and that, in the meantime, the said Derek Jackson be appointed as Provisional Liquidator of the said Company; in which Petition, Sheriff Jamieson by interlocutor dated 10 November 2025 appointed the said Derek Jackson as Provisional Liquidator with the powers contained within Parts II and III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986; and appointed all persons having an interest to lodge answers within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
