At a General Meeting of the above named company held at 10 Stanwell Close, Stanwell, Staines-Upon-Thames, TW19 7LL on 11 November 2025, the following resolutions were duly passed as a special and an ordinary resolution, respectively:

“That the company be wound up voluntarily and that Andrew Fender (IP No. 6898) and Sandra Fender (IP No. 23272) both of Sanderlings LLP, Sanderlings, Becketts Farm, Alcester Road, Birmingham, B47 6AJ be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of the winding-up and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by any or both of the Joint Liquidators.”

At the subsequent creditors’ decision procedure on 11 November 2025 the resolutions were ratified confirming the appointment of Andrew Fender and Sandra Fender as joint liquidators.
