Notice is hereby given that on 21 October 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by Premier Produce Scotland Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC518930) having its registered office at Unit 3, KPP Chartered Accountants Morris Park, 37 Rosyth Road, Glasgow, G5 0YE, craving the Court inter alia that Spbuddies Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC842526) having its registered office at Travel Planet, 1494 Paisley Road West, Glasgow, G52 1SP (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Glasgow by interlocutor dated 21 October 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Glasgow within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
