Notice is hereby given that on 23 October 2025 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by Volvo Group UK Limited, Wedgnock Lane, Warwick, CV34 5YA, craving the Court inter alia that Active Access Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (SC243739) having its registered office at Righead Court, Goil Avenue, Righead Industrial Estate, Bellshill, ML4 3LQ (the “Company”) be wound up by the Court; in which Petition the Sheriff at the Sheriff Court at Hamilton by interlocutor dated 23 October 2025; ordained the Company and all interested parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the sheriff clerk at Hamilton within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement. All of which notice is hereby given.
