At a General Meeting of the members of the above named Company duly convened and held at 86A George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3BU on 10 November 2025 at 10.15am, the following resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that the Liquidators may, if appropriate, make an in specie distribution of the company assets and that Brian Milne and Craig Morrison, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Quantuma Advisory Limited, 86A George Street, Edinburgh, EH2 3BU, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators for the purposes of winding up of the Company and to declare that either of the appointees as Joint Liquidators may exercise the powers of liquidators in terms of section 231 of the Insolvency Act 1986."
