NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that:

(i) a Petition was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on 23 October 2025 by MARK CHRISTIAN CORCORAN, Mclellan Works, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 3EH and STEVEN PAUL ROBB, Mclellan Works, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 3EH (“the petitioners”) craving the Court inter alia to order that BEE INSPIRED CLOTHING LIMITED (company number SC459500), having its registered office at Mclellan Works, 274 Sauchiehall Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 3EH be wound up by the Court and to appoint Interim Liquidators, in which Petition the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 23 October 2025 appointed any party claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement; and

(ii) an application by way of Minute of Amendment was presented to Glasgow Sheriff Court on 6 November 2025 by the petitioners, craving the Court to amend the said Petition inter alia in the meantime, to appoint Michelle Marie Elliot and Callum Angus Carmichael both Insolvency Practitioners of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Level 2, The Beacon, 176 St. Vincent Street, Glasgow, G2 5SG as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the said Company; in which Petition (as amended) the Sheriff at Glasgow by Interlocutor dated 7 November 2025 appointed the said Michelle Marie Elliot and Callum Angus Carmichael as Joint Provisional Liquidators of the company with the powers conferred by paragraphs 4 and 5 of Parts II and paragraph 6 of Part III of Schedule 4 of the Insolvency Act 1986 and ordered any parties claiming an interest in the Petition to lodge answers with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow within eight days after intimation, service and advertisement.
