The Sheriff, having heard from the debtor and having seen and considered the Application for Recall of Sequestration by the Debtor, Kingsley Emeka Iwuekeh, Appoints notice of the presentation of the petition to be published in The Edinburgh Gazette thereafter Grants Warrant to intimate the said Application for Recall of Sequestration and a copy of this deliverance upon The Accountant in Bankruptcy, 1 Pennyburn Road, Kilwinning, Ayrshire KA13 6SA; Richard Bathgate of Johnston Carmichael LLP, Bishop's Court, 29 Albyn Place, Aberdeen AB70 7YL and Aberdeen City Council, Marischal College Broad Street, Aberdeen, AB10 1AB; Ordains the said Accountant in Bankruptcy, Richard Bathgate and Aberdeen City Council and any other persons interested to lodge Answers, if so advised within 14 days of such intimation, service and advertisement thereto; Parties to be heard on 27 November 2025 at 10.00am within the Sheriff Court House, Civil Centre, Queen Street, Aberdeen;

FOR THE AVOIDANCE OF DOUBT, NEITHER PARTIES NOR AGENTS SHOULD ATTEND AT COURT IN PERSON AS THIS HEARING IS PROCEEDING BY VIDEO LINK USING THE CISCO WEBEX VIDEO PLATFORM;
