Notice is hereby given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Claire Howell and William Antony Batty, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
