“That the LLP be wound up voluntarily and that Darren Edwards (IP No. 10350) of Exigen Group Limited T/A Liquidation Centre, Warehouse W, 3 Western Gateway, Royal Victoria Docks, London, E16 1BD be, and is hereby, appointed Liquidator of the LLP for the purpose of the winding up”.

A decision confirming the appointment of the Liquidator was made by deemed consent on the same day.
