NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 31 October 2025 a Petition was presented to Hamilton Sheriff Court by Scotch Frost Of Glasgow Limited, James Paul McShane and Yasuki Kitabayashi in respect of SCOTCH FROST OF GLASGOW LIMITED, (company number SC045152), having its registered office at Hornal Road, Bothwell Park Industrial Estate, Uddingston, Glasgow, G71 6NZ; (“the Company”), craving the Court inter alia, that an administration order be granted in respect of the Company and that interim administrators be appointed, in which petition the Sheriff, by interlocutor dated 4 November 2025, ordained any persons claiming an interest, to lodge answers thereto if so advised, in the hands of the Sheriff Court at Hamilton, 4 Beckford St, Hamilton ML3 0BT within 21 days after intimation, service or advertisement, and in the meantime appointed Kevin Mapstone, Asher Miller and Paul Weber all of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Bothwell Street, Glasgow, G2 6NT, as interim joint administrators, all of which notice is hereby given.
