NOTICE is hereby given that the Manorial Lordship Title of Blackham in the Administrative County of East Sussex has been conveyed to Mr Jeffrey Brian Hill of 417 Nine Bark Street, Olympia 98502, United States of America.

The title was transferred by deed of conveyance dated 3 November 2025 made between Geoffrey Barnard Barrett (Vendor) and Jeffrey Brian Hill (Purchaser) and includes all rights, appurtenances, and manorial incidents appertaining or reputed to appertain thereto (excluding such of the area of common known as Lye Common as is and remains appurtenant to the Lordship), but only insofar as the same exist and are capable of being conveyed.

It should be noted that the right to the title has been created by legal process and not through a re-grant or re-establishment by the Crown.
