NOTICE IS GIVEN by Daniel Shaun James Liquidator of the above named Company which was wound up voluntarily on 29 October 2025 is going to make a first and final distribution to creditors.

Creditors of the Company are required, on or before 17 December 2025 to send their full names and addresses together with full particulars of their debts or claims to Albert Goodman LLP, Goodwood House, Blackbrook Park Avenue, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 2PX and, if so requested, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the above date, or who increases the claim in their proof after that date, will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved. Please note that the distribution may be made without regard to the claim of any person in respect of a debt not proved.

Please note that after paying or providing for a final distribution in respect of the claims of all creditors who have proved their debts, the funds remaining in the hands of the Liquidator shall be distributed to shareholders absolutely.

Note: The Directors of the Company have made a declaration of solvency and it is expected that all creditors will be paid in full.
