By written resolution of the members of the above-named company, on 3 November 2025 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a (1) Special Resolution and as an (2&3) Ordinary Resolutions:

1. That it has been proven that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business and it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the Company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Howard Smith and James Richard Clark of Interpath Limited, 4th Floor, Tailors Corner, Thirsk Row, Leeds, LS1 4DP, be and are hereby appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of its voluntary winding up.

3. That anything required or authorised to be done by the Joint Liquidators be done by both or either of them.

At the subsequent Decision of Creditors held on 3 November 2025 the appointment of Howard Smith and James Richard Clark as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
