Notice is given under Rule 14.29 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Stephen Cork and Mark Smith, the Joint Liquidators, to creditors of the Company, that we intend declaring first and final dividend to the creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.

Creditors who have not already proved are required, on or before 18 November 2025, the last date for proving, to submit a proof of debt to us at c/o Cork Gully LLP, 40 Villiers Street, London, WC2N 6NJ, and, if so requested by us, to provide such further details or produce such documentary or other evidence as may appear to be necessary. A creditor who has not proved their debt before the date specified above is not entitled to disturb the dividend because they have not participated in it. No further public advertisement or invitation to prove debts will be given.

The Joint Liquidators currently estimate that the Prescribed Part will be in the region of £30,500.00, subject to the costs of processing the dividend payment.
