Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 6 October 2025, as a special resolution and an ordinary resolution respectively:

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Carolynn Jean Best and Thomas Mark Harris both of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, 2 Harcourt Way, Meridian Business Park, Leicester, LE19 1WP be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”

At a subsequent meeting held on the same day, the appointment of Carolynn Jean Best and Thomas Mark Harris was not confirmed and that the Creditors appointed Nigel Heath Sinclair (IP No. 9030) and Christine Patricia Bartlett (IP No. 24570) both of Richard Long & Co, Castlegate House, 36 Castle Street, Hertford, Hertfordshire, SG14 1HH as Joint Liquidators of the Company.
