THIS IS A REINSERTION NOTICE TO REPLACE THE ORIGINAL NOTICE PUBLISHED ON 6 OCTOBER 2025.

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that on 30 September 2025 Mubadala Capital GP, LLC transferred 100% of its general partner interest in MC Accelerate Co-Invest LP, a private fund limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP24232 (the “Partnership”), to MC Accelerate Co-Invest GP, LLC and consequently on that date Mubadala Capital GP, LLC retired as general partner of the Partnership and was replaced as general partner by MC Accelerate Co-Invest GP, LLC.
