No. 1 as a Special Resolution and No. 2 as an Ordinary Resolution:

1. "That the company be wound up voluntarily."

2. That Michael Drumm and Ciara Maguire, both of Cooper Parry, 36-38 Northland Row, Dungannon, Co. Tyrone, BT71 6AP, be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company, and that any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators in accordance with the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989 be done by both or any of them."
